Shipping Information
365Collectibles takes care when packing and shipping your order. We use strong boxes that are sized right for the number of items in your order. We double box all items to help prevent damage during transit. We also package each item with bubble wrap and packaging supplies, to protect your order.

Processing Times
All orders (excluding Group Break orders which vary based on the date of the break) are typically shipped within 1-2 business days from the time that the order is placed. You will receive an e-mail notification once your order has been shipped with the Tracking Number so you can track it every step of the way.

*Presale Items typically ship on release date, depending on when our shipment arrives from the manufacturer.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on orders over $199 shipped within the continental United States. 

Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, or PO Boxes are extra and subject to a surcharge.

Do you ever offer a lower threshold to receive free shipping?
We sometimes run promotions where a lower amount is required to qualify for free shipping. $199 is the standard, normal threshold.

What shipping methods do you use when choosing the free shipping option?
365Collectibles will use the most affordable option when shipping your order. We will do our best to make sure the order is delivered in a timely manner. We have great relationships with all of our shipping partners.

How are your shipping rates calculated?
We strive to provide our customers with the cheapest rates possible for shipping orders. Our rates are pulled directly from our carrier's systems and closely match our costs to ship the package to you. We do not alter these rates, and if you are quoted a lesser amount than what is required of us to ship the package, we pay the difference.

Estimated Delivery Times
During checkout, most services will return an estimated delivery date. These dates, like the rates themselves, are generated by the respective carrier. Please not that these dates are estimates and are subject to change based on weather conditions, carrier issues, accidents, etc. We cannot control issues with the carrier and are unable to refund any shipping costs if the package is lost due to a carrier issue.

Some services, such as Fedex Overnight, have guaranteed delivery dates and times. In an event that your package does not arrive within the guaranteed window, please contact us and we will work with you to get the issue resolved.

Do you require a signature for delivery?
Orders over $199 may require a signature upon delivery. At all times, signature requirement is sometimes subject to the driver who is delivering the package at that time.

Where can I ship my order to?
Shipping address requirements vary based on the type of payment used.

Credit or Debit Cards - Shipping address must match the billing address that is associated with your credit card.

PayPal - All PayPal orders must ship to the confirmed address that is associated with your PayPal account.

Bank Wire Transfer - All Bank Wire Transfer Orders will ship to the address that is associated with your customer account.


To ensure the validity of each transaction and for the safety of ourselves and our customers, the above rules apply. If you need to ship to a different address than is associated with your method of payment, please contact us first. Since we ship out our orders extremely fast, once it leaves our facility, there is no way to change that. Additional shipping charges will apply for a recall for your package. If the package returns to us as undeliverable, additional shipping charges will apply to reship your order.

If an order is placed with a mismatch of the billing and shipping address, we reserve the right to cancel your order and payment at the time of purchase. We will contact you with the information on how to place a new order.

Fedex Delivery Manager and My USPS
By signing up for the free services Fedex Delivery Manager and My USPS, you can control your delivery to fit your schedule.

Fedex Delivery Manager – Allows you to change the delivery time, date and location. You can also request a hold for pick-up at your local Fedex Delivery Manager or waive signature requirements in some cases.
My USPS – Allows you to give the delivery driver instructions on where to leave your package at the shipped location.


International Customers
We ship to most areas of the world daily! There are some exclusions however. If you see that your country is not listed in the address forms in checkout, please contact us to see how we can get your order placed.

Customs and Brokerage Fees
Our shipping rates do not include any import or brokerage tax that may be due upon delivery of orders shipped outside of the US. You as the buyer agree to pay all brokerage fees and taxes that may be due at the time of delivery.

Can you lessen the declared value on international shipments?
We will not declare a lesser value to customs on any international shipment.

All international orders are shipped via USPS, DHL Worldwide, or UPS Worldwide depending on size, weight and service availability from the USA to your country. Transit time from the USA via USPS is expected to be 3-21 days (depending on the type of shipping method you choose). USPS times are approximate and are not guaranteed, in addition please note this is TRANSIT time, customs handling time is not included and can extend the actual delivery time significantly. Customs clearance time or delays are beyond our control. We do not know how much your customs fees may be, you need to contact customs in your local area to determine these fees. Delivery time for DHL and UPS Worldwide is 2-4 days depending on destination and shipping method chosen (this includes customs clearance time).

International customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes imposed by their country. If your order is returned to us for any reason (such as a refusal to pay customs fees, or incorrect delivery address etc) your shipping charges are not refundable.

When an international order contains multiple items, 365Collectibles, will wait until the entire order is complete before shipping, unless otherwise requested. Our system automatically calculates and charges you a discounted shipping rate based on the assumption that all items are shipping together. If you request that items are shipped individually then additional shipping charges will apply. Please note that we do not ship to every country, if you do not find your country in our drop down country menu we do not ship to your location. If you do not see your country listed, it is best to contact us to determine if shipping to your country is possible.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

USPS and UPS Service Delays:
USPS has suspended their service guarantee for First-Class Mail, as well as for Priority Mail 2 and 3 day delivery service. Potentially, packages can be in transit an extra 4-7 days or so, with absent or infrequent scans.

USPS has also temporarily suspended acceptance and delivery of international mail items to several countries. Please reference this list if you are shopping with us from abroad: https://www.usps.com/international/mail-shipping-services.htm#readmore

UPS' service guarantee is suspended as of 3/26, and until further notice. This applies to shipments coming from any origin, to any destination. Delays will normally be posted in the tracking details for the shipment as soon as determined.

*Any order valued over $199 USD will automatically be signature required unless otherwise requested.

UPS’s Signature Required guidelines are temporarily being adjusted such that consignees will no longer need to sign for UPS Signature Required deliveries. Despite this adjusted process the driver will still need to make contact with the consignee. The consignee must, at the time of delivery, acknowledge that UPS is making a delivery and, if applicable, show government issued photo ID.
